I received a new crown. Dr. Patel and assistant Mackenzie Aguilar both did a fantastic job of taking care of me.

DO NOT NEGLECT THEM. I was lucky they didn't get to far. The process was seamless. This is an A+ TEAM! All friendly and respectful to each other. It made me truly appreciate being a patient! Super Nice, welcoming, positive, happy and a great SMILE. She set a the tone for the visit. I was apprehensive at first, however Mercedes was comforting and detailed! She looked at me, not just into the computer screen, but me! Rare 1%! Thank you Mercedes! Kirsten completed the cleaning. Great personality and a wonderful human! I am so happy for you and your family! Your happiness is contagious! Very, very thorough AND PROUD of her work. A seriously true professional. I have to comment on how she worked. I don't know how to describe it, maybe art? Maybe a scientist? Maybe a tooth mechanic? I remember watching her from the corners of my eyes working with so many tools. Amazing dexterity, precision and confidence! Both hands AND both feet operating together, like a "mad" scientist determined to destroy all the plaque and germs out with her arsenal of "weapons"😂. It was like I was in the Wizard of Oz movie where Dorothy and her crew were in the beauty shop getting cleaned, groomed and polished up. When Kirsten was done, I have no words to describe how great my teeth felt and looked. I was truly baffled/amazed/pleased on how well she did. I mean, my teeth look and feel SO MUCH better! They look absolutely amazing! I feel amazing! I mean, REALLY GREAT! NO MORE HIDING MY SMILE! Thank you Kirsten. I mean it! NEXT STEP- FILLINGS, grinding and drilling (oh my...😂). I met Alisha! Super positive, super nice and definitely lowered my anxiety. She worked well with Dr. Patel. Great teamwork! Thank you Alisha! Get that paddle board! Get a good paddle! THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO IN PUEBLO! I STILL LOVE IT HERE! Dr. Patel is/was super kind. She observed me close for pain and was monitoring my comfort at all times. I had no pain. I felt cared for! She reminded me of my previous Dental team in Lakewood! Dr. Patel explained the processes and procedures every step of the way. Always monitoring my comfort! A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! Dr. Patel is an outstanding and professional dentist and oral surgeon. Dr. performed a very delicate and what could have been a painful molar extraction in a most efficient and I may add, compassionate manner. Being compassionate is definitely a very valuable quality in addition to her professional qualifications! I highly recommend Dr. Patel. The front desk and back office assistants were equally professional and efficient, as well as being positive and very helpful! Thank you all! I will be back soon taking care of my teeth for the future.
